Hackers are relentless and have created new ways to target unsuspecting users. Antivirus System Pro is a rouge program which masquerades as an virus scanner. This masquerading rouge program will start up automatically with Windows. Once its on your computer, the program will begin attacking by displaying constant popup alerts telling you that your computer is infected by viruses. Along with that, Antivirus System Pro will take over you computer by hijacking your web broswer; it will constantly redirect you to websites in order to get you to buy the software. However, all of alerts are fake; the program is giving you false information in order for you to buy the program. All of this activity will drastically slow down your computer.

How it Works

Antivirus System Pro will install itself into your computer by downloading itself from a variaty of places such as multiple internet websites. Once it is one your computer, it will do a false scan of your computer. Upon completion of this false scan, the program will alert you that you have a lot of security threats. The program will then proceed to launch constant popup alerts claiming that the computer has a variety of viruses on it. Also, the program will hijack Internet Explorer to constantly display information about Antivirus System Pro. Antivirus System Pro will tell you that in order to remove all of the threats, you must buy the software. However, do not fall for this, even after buying the software, the threats will remain. Do not give the hackers your money, REMOVE the virus instantly.

Step 1) Search and kill this process: Antivirussystempro.exe
Step 2) Delete all Antivirus System Pro files and folders
Step 3) Remove all Antivirus System Pro entries in registry
